Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive – Admin & HR role based in Mumbai. The Executive – Admin & HR will handle day-to-day administrative operations, including office coordination, vendor management, documentation, and maintaining records and supplies. The role will support HR activities such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, maintaining employee records, attendance tracking, and assisting with payroll inputs. The position will also support policy implementation, employee engagement activities, and compliance-related documentation. The Executive – Admin & HR will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth office operations and a supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills, including office coordination, documentation management, and handling correspondence and records.
- Human Resources support capabilities, such as assisting with recruitment, onboarding, maintaining HR files, and tracking attendance and leave.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance documentation relevant to an office-based environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort using HR or administrative software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Positive, service-oriented attitude with a focus on confidentiality, integrity, and teamwork.
- Prior experience in Admin and/or HR roles, preferably in logistics, shipping, or related industries, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
