Role Description
We are seeking an Executive Accounts Receivable for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru to manage customer accounts and optimize cash inflows. Responsibilities will include invoicing, tracking payments, managing collections, reconciling accounts, and maintaining up-to-date records. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure a seamless billing process. You will be an integral part of identifying and implementing process improvements in the accounts receivable function.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role is advantageous.
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and commitment to maintaining high accuracy.
