Role Overview
The Accounts Executive & Founder’s EA will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks along with providing high-quality administrative and operational support to the Founder. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance Responsibilities:
Vendor Coordination & Payments: Manage vendor communication, invoice verification, payment scheduling, and reconciliation and maintaining the excel sheet for the same.
Department-wise Cost Analysis: Track, analyze, and report departmental expenses to support budgeting and decision-making.
FNF Clearance: Handle full & final settlement calculations, documentation, and closure.
Reimbursements & Analysis: Review, process, and analyze employee reimbursement claims as per policy.
PF & ESIC Portal Handling: Manage statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC filings, records, and queries.
ESOP Portal Management: Maintain and update ESOP portal entries, records, and employee-related documentation.
Sales Invoice Generation: Create and manage sales invoices, track receivables, and coordinate with the sales team.
Expense Analysis & MIS Reporting: Prepare periodic MIS reports, expense summaries, and financial dashboards for management review.
Closely working with the HR department on their Vendor coordination, Maintenance of sheets, timely payments, entire administration work
Founder’s Executive Assistant Responsibilities
Handle calendar management, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination for the Founder.
Support the Founder with personal tasks and errands, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive information.
Prepare presentations, reports, notes, and communications as required by the Founder.
Act as a point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
Compliance-related work of the Founder in coordination with the CS and maintaining of the documents.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Human Resource or relateded field.
1–2 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Human Resource or EA roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, PF/ESIC compliance, and MIS reporting.
Hands-on experience with accounting software, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Tally knowledge is mandate.
