Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Accounts and Finance position. The primary responsibilities include preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. The role also involves creating financial reports, analyzing data, and supporting audits or compliance activities. Effective communication and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders will be key components of the daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable Management, Accounts Receivable Management, and Bookkeeping
- Experience in Financial Modeling and producing Industry-specific MIS Reporting
- Proficiency in preparation and reconciliation of financial reports
- Solid understanding of auditing, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Well-versed in accounting tools and software
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills for liaising with global clients and internal teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in a remote working environment is an added advantage
- Mandatory Qualities: Knowledge of Tally,Netsuite,Quickbook,Zohobooks and Excel etc.
