Key Responsibilities
- Missionary Support Fund Management (for both Local and Foreign Missionaries)
- Processing General and Medical Reimbursements
- Vendor Payments Management
- Petty Cash Handling, including reconciliation and preparation of journal entries
- Telephone and Internet Bill Processing
- Local Credit Card Replenishments
- MP Foreign Credit Card Expense Reporting
- Monthly Operations Statement Review
- Rental and Other Payments, in coordination with the Housing Coordinator
- Cleartrip Replenishments, in coordination with the Admin Support team
- Filing and Documentation of Expenses
- Withholding Tax Processing and Compliance
Education
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance,.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting or administrative work.
- Experience handling reimbursements, vendor payments, petty cash, and basic financial reports is helpful.
- Exposure to working with NGOs or multinational companies is an advantage.
Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Basic understanding of accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar).
Personal Qualities
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work with deadlines.
- Clear communication skills (Communication and presentation is the key requirement for the co-ordination purpose)
- Reliable and able to handle confidential information and client documentation responsibly.
