Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive, based in Indore. The Account Executive will manage client relationships, oversee project lifecycles, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating between clients and internal teams, understanding client requirements, presenting tailored solutions, and providing proactive updates on project progress. The role also entails achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management, Communication, and Negotiation skills
- Strong Organizational and Project Management skills
- Sales, Business Development, and Account Management experience
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in real estate, construction, or related fields is a plus
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a customer-first mindset
