🎯 Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Strategy
- Develop brand communication strategies aligned with business goals.
- Translate marketing briefs into clear brand narratives and campaign directions.
- Collaborate with creative teams to build platform-first storytelling ideas.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and positioning across digital channels.
Content & Platform Strategy
- Plan always-on content frameworks for social media, websites, and digital platforms.
- Identify cultural trends, audience insights, and platform behaviors.
- Guide content formats, storytelling styles, and campaign narratives with creative teams.
Digital Ecosystem Understanding
- Work with media and performance teams to align content with digital media strategies.
- Contribute strategic input on SEO, website strategy, and paid media.
- Support decisions on platform selection, audience targeting, and distribution strategies.
Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Lead discussions on brand positioning, digital communication, and campaign planning.
- Translate client feedback into clear internal briefs for creative and strategy teams.
Campaign Planning & Delivery
- Coordinate with creative, media, and strategy teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure all deliverables align with campaign objectives and brand narratives.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in brand strategy, content strategy, or digital account management within a marketing/digital agency.
- Strong understanding of brand communication, storytelling, and content ecosystems.
- Working knowledge of SEO, website strategy, paid media, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to translate business challenges into clear strategic ideas.
- High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to build structured presentations, analyse data, and leverage AI tools for research and productivity.
