Role Summary
We are looking for ambitious and consultative Account Executives (AEs) who can manage a high-velocity sales cycle while acting as trusted advisors to customers.
As an AE at eShipz, you will own the complete sales journey - from engaging qualified prospects and understanding business challenges to delivering tailored product demonstrations, leading commercial discussions, and closing revenue.
You will work closely with SDRs, Solutions, Product, Customer Success, and Key Account Management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from evaluation to onboarding.
You will also work directly with sales leadership and contribute to strategic outbound initiatives targeting mid market and enterprise accounts.
What You’ll Do
• Own and manage the complete consultative sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Engage with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Procurement, and Leadership teams.
• Understand customer pain points and recommend tailored logistics automation solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations aligned with customer business objectives.
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline in Zoho CRM for accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting.
• Collaborate cross-functional with SDR, Product, Solutions Engineering, KAM, and Customer Success teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to position eShipz effectively.
• Own monthly and quarterly targets aligned with enterprise outbound sales goals.
What We’re Looking For
• 2 - 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or technology solutions. • Strong presentation, demo, and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience owning a quarterly revenue target of approximately $20K or more.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles and closing mid-market or enterprise deals.
• Excellent storytelling, negotiation, and consultative selling capabilities.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including Supply Chain, IT, Procurement, and Operations teams.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Experience selling SaaS, TMS, logistics, or supply chain software solutions is a strong advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
