Role Description
As an Executive – Valuation (PtoD Shares), you will play a key role in bridging traditional shareholding systems with modern demat processes. This is a hands-on role designed for individuals who want to build strong fundamentals in financial research, valuation, and capital market operations.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end conversion of physical shares into demat form, while also gaining exposure to company analysis and valuation methodologies. The role involves working closely with RTAs, Depository Participants (DPs), clients, and internal teams, giving you a 360-degree understanding of the ecosystem.
A significant part of your work will include researching companies, analyzing historical and corporate data, and preparing valuation reports in line with regulatory standards. You will also ensure that all processes are carried out in compliance with SEBI guidelines and internal policies, making accuracy and attention to detail critical.
This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn by doing, develop analytical thinking, and gain practical exposure to the workings of the financial industry. Over time, you will build expertise in valuation, documentation, compliance, and client coordination, forming a strong foundation for a long-term career in finance.
Qualifications
Freshers are welcome! Candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of financial analysis and valuation methodologies
Good communication skills with the ability to manage client interactions professionally
Basic exposure to client relationship management is a plus
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in report preparation and documentation
Working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
Familiarity with dematerialization (Demat) processes will be an added advantage
Candidates with exposure to RTAs (Registrars & Transfer Agents) or Financial Services industry will be preferred
