Executive – Talent Acquisition (Facilities Management)
Location: Delhi NCR

Reporting To: Manager – Talent Acquisition / Head – HR
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end-to-end hiring for Facilities Management functions across multiple properties. This role sits at the intersection of HR and Operations, with a direct impact on service delivery, site readiness, and resident experience.
You will be responsible for building a scalable, reliable hiring engine for both blue-collar and technical roles, ensuring timely deployment of manpower aligned with business growth and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Delivery & Workforce Planning
- Own hiring fulfillment for all Facilities Management roles across assigned clusters/cities
- Partner with Operations to forecast manpower requirements based on:
- Property launches
- Occupancy ramp-ups
- Replacement and contingency hiring
- Ensure zero manpower gaps at site level through proactive pipeline management
2. High-Volume Recruitment Execution
- Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for roles including:
- Housekeeping & facility staff
- Maintenance technicians (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC)
- Pantry & support staff
- Security personnel
- Ensure fast turnaround time (TAT) while maintaining quality benchmarks
- Conduct structured screening and ensure role-fit alignment
3. Sourcing Strategy & Pipeline Building
- Build and manage multi-channel sourcing strategy:
- Job portals and databases
- Vendor and manpower agency networks
- Field hiring, walk-ins, and local ecosystem sourcing
- Develop a ready-to-deploy candidate pipeline for critical and high-churn roles
4. Vendor & Ecosystem Management
- Own relationships with staffing vendors and manpower partners
- Drive vendor performance through:
- SLAs and turnaround benchmarks
- Quality of candidates
- Cost optimization
- Identify and onboard new vendors to strengthen hiring bandwidth
5. Offer Management & Joining Conversion
- Drive offer rollouts and candidate engagement to ensure high joining ratios
- Actively manage drop-offs through continuous follow-ups and pipeline depth
- Ensure seamless onboarding in coordination with HR Ops and site teams
6. Data, Reporting & Hiring Efficiency
- Track and manage hiring dashboards across properties
- Monitor key metrics:
- Time to fill
- Offer-to-joining ratio
- Source effectiveness
- Cost per hire
- Use data insights to improve hiring speed, quality, and predictability
Candidate Profile
Education:
- Graduate (HR or related field preferred)
Experience:
- 1–3 years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong exposure to Facilities Management / Blue-collar hiring preferred
