Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive and Sr. Executive – Sales & Business Development based at Multiple locations with flexible options for working remotely as required. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing accounts. The Executive will work closely with the sales and business development team to achieve goals, execute strategies, and contribute to the company’s growth. A proactive approach, ability to communicate effectively, and a focus on customer satisfaction are critical for success in this role.
📍 Locations: Jamshedpur, Dhanbad, Kolkata & Jharsuguda
🏠 Work Model: Full-time with partial remote flexibility
💼 Experience: 3–7 years preferred (Industrial Sales experience is a huge plus!)
🎓 Freshers: Ambitious graduates with strong academics and a zeal for service sales are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate high-quality leads and identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Design effective sales strategies and monitor market trends
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Proven track record in Industrial Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Skills: Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Mindset: A self-starter with a "zeal to thrive" in service-based sales.
Mobility: Willing to travel to industrial areas and mining sites.
