🚀 We're Hiring | Executive – Quality Management System (QMS)
Are you passionate about quality, compliance, and continuous improvement? Join our team as an Executive – Quality Management System (QMS) and play a key role in strengthening our quality framework and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
✅ Develop, review, and update SOPs, policies, and quality documentation
✅ Conduct internal audits and ensure timely closure of NCRs & CAPAs
✅ Monitor compliance with ISO standards, regulatory, statutory, and client requirements
✅ Maintain document control, compliance trackers, and quality records
✅ Conduct QMS and SOP awareness training for employees
✅ Prepare quality reports, KPIs, and Management Review Meeting (MRM) inputs
✅ Drive continuous process improvement initiatives across the organization
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in QMS, ISO 9001, Internal Audits, or Compliance
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and documentation control
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office
