Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for an Executive – CXO Outreach & Delegate Success. The role involves -
- Identify and engage senior corporate leaders and decision-makers for StrategINK’s high-impact events, webinars, and leadership initiatives
- Manage end-to-end delegate communication across outreach, registration, confirmation, and attendance stages
- Build and nurture collaborative relationships with industry stakeholders and executive communities
- Drive registrations for technology summits, roundtables, and webinars through structured outreach and follow-ups
- Ensure a seamless delegate experience by managing participation workflows and providing on-ground/event-day support
- Maintain accurate tracking of delegate interactions, status updates, and feedback in CRM / Excel
- Contribute to post-event reporting, attendance analysis, and feedback collection to strengthen future engagement outcomes
*This does not include Sales role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Experience in event coordination, participant engagement, and relationship management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of aptitude for outreach and networking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools, with a comfort level in using digital platforms for communication and reporting.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment, is a plus.
