About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional for the role of Executive – Innovation, who will be responsible for developing innovative chocolate-based products across multiple applications. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to create, test, and commercialize products aligned with market trends and business objectives.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and formulate new chocolate-based products across bakery, confectionery, dessert, and beverage categories
  • Conduct trials for product development, optimization, and scale-up
  • Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and quality during product development
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement teams for successful product commercialization
  • Evaluate raw materials and ensure ingredient compatibility
  • Stay updated with market trends, consumer preferences, and innovations in the chocolate segment
  • Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of existing products
  • Maintain documentation for formulations, trials, and product specifications


Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong knowledge of chocolate product development, including formulation techniques, flavor balancing, processing techniques, ingredient compatibility
  • Hands-on experience in application across: Bakery products, Confectionery, Desserts, Beverage formats
  • Understanding of food safety and quality standards
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field
  • 1–4 years of relevant experience in Innovation, preferably in chocolate or confectionery segment
