About the RoleVAS Spectrometers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and articulate professional for the role of Executive – Global Sales & Customer Relations to manage customer interactions, support sales processes, and strengthen relationships with global clients.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in sales coordination, customer support, or client relationship management, combined with excellent English communication skills and a structured, proactive approach.
You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, supporting business development efforts, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients across geographies.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management- Act as the primary point of contact for domestic and international customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Address customer queries, concerns, and requirements promptly and professionally
Sales Coordination & Support- Assist the sales team in lead management, follow-ups, and conversion tracking
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, logistics) to support sales execution
Communication & Client Handling- Manage email and verbal communication with global clients with high proficiency in English
- Conduct follow-ups, schedule meetings, and ensure timely responses
- Maintain clear and professional communication across all touchpoints
Order & Process Management- Track inquiries, orders, and delivery timelines
- Ensure accurate documentation and smooth coordination from inquiry to closure
- Maintain CRM records and update customer interactions
Market & Business Support- Support business development initiatives and customer outreach
- Gather customer feedback and market insights
- Assist in improving customer experience and internal processes
Required Skills & QualificationsExperience- 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Support, or Customer Relationship Management-
- Experience dealing with B2B or international customers is preferred
Core Competencies- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple customers and priorities simultaneously
Technical Skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
