Company Description Gujarat Rajya Gram Vikas Samiti (GRGVS) is a registered NGO, active since 1988, with multiple statutory registrations including Public Trust, Society, CSR, FCRA, 12AA, and 80G, as well as registration with NITI Aayog. The organization operates across all districts of Gujarat, focusing on rural infrastructure, drinking water, sanitation, environmental awareness, irrigation, rainwater harvesting, women empowerment, education, sustainable development, livelihood support, relief work, and anganwadi construction. GRGVS also implements CSR projects in line with national CSR guidelines, offering organizations a reliable partner for legally compliant and impactful initiatives. As a CSR partner, GRGVS supports policy formulation, beneficiary identification, baseline surveys, project proposal development, implementation, utilization certificates, third-party evaluation, monitoring, reporting, and impact assessment. The organization provides a single-point solution for CSR activities, helping partners improve their community impact and brand image.
Role Description The Executive – Corporate Communication and Partnerships is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves developing and managing corporate communication strategies that highlight GRGVS’s work and CSR capabilities across multiple channels, including presentations, reports, digital content, and stakeholder updates. The executive will identify, build, and maintain partnerships with corporate entities, NGOs, and other stakeholders, supporting CSR project design, proposal development, and ongoing relationship management. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal project teams, preparing communication materials and impact stories, organizing meetings and events with partners, and ensuring timely documentation and reporting for CSR initiatives. The position requires proactive engagement with potential and existing partners, maintaining accurate records of partnership activities, and contributing to brand-building and awareness efforts for GRGVS.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in corporate communication, business writing, and presentation development.
- Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder management, partnership development, and relationship-building with corporate and institutional partners.
- Candidates should possess abilities in project coordination, documentation, and reporting for CSR and development initiatives.
- Candidates should possess competence in research, data collection, and analysis to support proposals, impact assessments, and communication materials.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with CSR concepts, NGO operations, and basic legal and compliance frameworks related to social sector projects.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in communications, social work, management, development studies, or a related field would be beneficial.
- Additional beneficial skills include proficiency in MS Office, strong verbal and written communication in English and local languages, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
