Role Overview
We’re looking for someone to take ownership of the company’s finance, compliance, legal coordination, and documentation operations.
This person will be the central point of coordination and record management for all company-related documentation — including incorporation records, compliance filings, investment documents, contracts, share-related records, and day-to-day operational documentation.
You will work closely with external Company Secretaries (CS), Chartered Accountants (CA), lawyers, compliance consultants, and IP consultants, while ensuring that records, filings, and internal processes remain organized and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage all company-related documentation, including:
- Incorporation and statutory records
- Compliance and regulatory filings
- Investment and fundraising documentation
- Share certificates and shareholding records
- Contracts, agreements, and internal documentation
Act as the go-to person for company documentation and record management
Prepare and maintain day-to-day company documentation such as:
- Employment agreements
- NDAs
- Vendor/service agreements
- Basic operational and legal documents
Handle day-to-day finance operations, including:
- Vendor payments
- Expense tracking
- Bookkeeping and transaction records
Coordinate and track:
- GST, ITR, ROC, MSME, and other statutory compliance filings
- AGM / Board-related documentation and records
Support startup investment and regulatory processes, including:
- PAS-3, PAS-4, FEMA, Demat, and related documentation
Coordinate with external:
- Company Secretaries (CS)
- Chartered Accountants (CA)
- Lawyers
- Compliance consultants
- IP consultants
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Law or related field/CS professional program (group 1 / group 2)
- 2+ years of relevant experience in compliance, finance, legal operations, company secretary or documentation management
Good understanding of:
- Corporate law and compliance processes
- ROC, GST, and statutory filings
- Company and investment documentation workflows
- Corporate financial structure and flow of funds within a company
Strong organizational and documentation management skills
High attention to detail and ownership mindset
Ability to independently drive coordination and execution across external stakeholders
