Role Description
The Executive – Community Connect will oversee community engagement activities, foster relationships with external stakeholders, and support the hospital's outreach initiatives. Responsibilities include planning and implementing community programs, maintaining communication with local organizations, and promoting health awareness campaigns. The role also involves coordinating with healthcare and marketing teams to ensure the hospital's services reach diverse communities effectively. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Palai, Kottayam District, requiring active participation in local community activities.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability in event planning, program implementation, and community outreach initiatives.
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing collaborations.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare services and a commitment to promoting public health initiatives.
- Organizational skills and a proactive attitude to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Social Work, Community Development, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Previous work experience in community engagement, public relations, or nonprofit organizations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in local languages is beneficial to effectively connect with the community.
