ROLE: EXECUTIVE - COKE OVEN PLANT OPERATIONS

As Synergy Saurashtra continues to expand through forward integration and large-scale capex investments, we are strengthening our operational systems and maintenance capabilities. As part of this growth, we are looking for an Executive – Coke Oven Plant Operations to support production activities at our Coke Oven Plant in Mundra, Gujarat.
This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient coke oven battery operations, monitoring production parameters, and ensuring accurate operational reporting through SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and technical teams to achieve shift-wise production targets.
- Ensure compliance with daily production plans and coke quality parameters.
- Follow and implement the company’s process, safety, and quality systems during shift operations.
- Maintain and update production, coal consumption, and coke quality reports in SAP.
- Monitor operational parameters and support efficient plant functioning during shifts.
- Coordinate with plant teams to address operational issues and maintain smooth production flow.
Ideal Candidate:
- Diploma in Metallurgical / Ceramic / Chemical Engineering preferred
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering may also be considered with relevant coke oven operations experience
- 1-3 years of experience in production or plant operations
- Experience in coke oven battery operations is essential
- Exposure to SAP-based reporting systems is preferred
Location: Mundra, Gujarat
Compensation: Up to ₹3.5 LPA + Performance-Linked Bonus
