About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, driven and enterprising Business Development professional with a strong academic foundation, eager to build a high-growth career in the Luxury Gems & Jewelry industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth across assigned domestic markets
- Identify and develop new client relationships (B2B / institutional)
- Manage existing client accounts and enhance revenue opportunities
- Travel extensively to build strong market connect
- Translate customer needs into actionable business solutions
- Track market trends, analyze data, and derive insights
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2 to 3 years of experience in FMCG / B2B / Institutional Sales
- Management Graduate (MBA or equivalent) with excellent academic record
- Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting
- Strong critical thinking and reasoning ability
- Fluent in Tamil or Malayalam
- Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate
