About the Role
Centum Academy is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Admission Cell to support our admissions operations. The role involves handling admission inquiries, assisting in the student onboarding process, verifying payments, and coordinating closely with the Admission Manager to ensure a smooth admission experience for students and parents.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is organized, and is comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle admission-related calls and inquiries from prospective students and parents.
- Provide accurate information about programs, schedules, and admission procedures.
- Verify admission payments and installment payments and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure that all admission-related documentation and payment processes are completed correctly.
- Support the Admission Manager in managing the admission pipeline and daily operations.
- Assist in the onboarding process of newly admitted students and parents, ensuring they are guided through the next steps.
- Maintain and update student records in internal systems or CRM platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams (academics, operations, and accounts) for smooth admission processing.
- Track pending payments and follow up with students/parents when required.
- Ensure proper communication and documentation throughout the admission process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, operations, customer support, or a similar role (education sector preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to work with digital platforms, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualities
- Experience working in education institutes or coaching organizations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, or admission management systems.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
