We’re Hiring: Executive – Administration & Travel Desk
Location: Nagpur | Experience: 2–3 Years

GEL is setting up a greenfield Integrated Steel Plant at Bhadrawati (Chandrapur) in the state of Maharashtra, having capacity of 0.4 MTPA finished steel, along with 1.2 MTPA Iron Ore Pellet Plant, 65000 NM3/Hr of Syn Gas based on Coal Gasification Technology, and other auxiliary units along with these capacities.
Role Purpose
This role is critical in ensuring seamless administrative operations and efficient travel management across the organization. You will be the backbone of coordination—ensuring that our people can focus on performance while you enable smooth operations behind the scenes.
Your Key Responsibilities
Travel Desk Management
- Plan and manage domestic & international travel arrangements end-to-end
- Design efficient travel itineraries aligned with business needs
- Optimize costs while maintaining quality and reliability
- Handle real-time changes with agility and professionalism
Visa & Documentation (Added Advantage)
- Support visa processing, documentation, and coordination
- Work closely with agencies and authorities for timely approvals
Administration Excellence
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Manage vendors, facilities, and workplace readiness
- Maintain discipline in systems, records, and processes
- Support internal events and employee engagement initiatives
Coordination & Ownership
- Act as a strong link between internal teams and external partners
- Uphold Greta’s standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Administration / Travel Desk
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- A mindset of ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail
Preferred Profile
- Experience in visa processing will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in a structured corporate environment
