🚀 We’re Hiring | Executive – Digitalization
Our Digital Transformation team is growing, and we’re looking for a project‑driven Executive – Digitalization to our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business, technology, and transformation—from understanding business challenges to evaluating digital solutions and supporting successful adoption.
🔹Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement Gathering & Business Analysis
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Document detailed business and functional requirements with clarity and accuracy.
2. Feasibility & Gap Analysis
- Assess current processes, systems, and digital maturity.
- Identify gaps between current state and desired future state.
- Support impact analysis by identifying risks, dependencies, and benefits of new initiatives.
3. ROI & Cost-Benefit Analysis
- Assist in evaluating ROI for proposed digital initiatives.
- Support cost-benefit analysis including implementation, maintenance, and scalability aspects.
- Coordinate with finance teams to validate assumptions and projections.
4. Solution Design & Recommendation
- Work with internal IT teams and external vendors to identify suitable digital solutions.
- Support development of Proof of Concept (PoC) for solution validation.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
5. Initial Implementation & User Training
- Support and track the initial rollout of approved digital projects.
- Assist in creating training materials, user guides, and SOPs.
- Conduct or support user training sessions and workshops to ensure smooth adoption.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, and vendors.
- Facilitate workshops to validate requirements and gather feedback.
- Ensure continuous communication to manage expectations and address concerns.
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain requirement documents, business cases, and functional specifications.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits, governance, and future reference.
- Track project progress and support reporting to senior management.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
- Exposure to digital transformation, automation, ERP, MES, or analytics projects
- Strong documentation and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of business analysis, process improvement, and project lifecycle
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering, IT, Business, or related fields
- Experience in manufacturing / operations‑focused digital projects is an advantage
- Exposure to ROI analysis, PoC, or solution evaluations is a plus
