Role Description
We are seeking an Execution Project Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Bengaluru Area. In this position, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring project timelines are met. Key responsibilities include monitoring project progress, resolving operational challenges, documenting project updates, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. You will also be involved in process optimization and ensuring adherence to project quality standards.
Qualifications
- Project coordination skills, including the ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution to engage effectively with diverse teams and external clients
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges during project execution
- Familiarity with project management tools and software to track progress and streamline operations
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach with the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Experience in technology, real estate, or community management sectors is a plus
- Working knowledge of financial or asset management processes is beneficial
