Role Description The Execution Head – Interior Projects will oversee end-to-end execution of interior projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost control across all sites. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Pune Division and involves coordinating with clients, architects, vendors, and internal teams to translate design concepts into efficient execution plans. The role includes monitoring project progress, managing schedules, supervising site teams, and resolving operational issues to keep work on track. The Execution Head will be responsible for resource planning, material management, safety and compliance on site, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The position also involves reviewing work quality, conducting regular site inspections, implementing process improvements, and supporting senior leadership with project status updates and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
- Strong project execution and site management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordination for interior fit-out projects.
- Experience in vendor and contractor management, negotiation, and overseeing material procurement and logistics.
- Knowledge of interior construction methods, finishes, and quality standards, with the ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
- Familiarity with safety norms, statutory compliance, and basic understanding of labor regulations relevant to construction and interiors.
- Proficiency in using project management tools, MS Office, and digital reporting systems for tracking progress and costs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, and cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership capability in managing site supervisors and execution teams, with a focus on accountability and timely delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in leading multiple interior projects in the Pune region or similar markets is preferred.
