Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Execution Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The Execution Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and vendors, and ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, tracking materials and resources, and reporting site status to project managers. The role also involves enforcing safety practices, resolving technical issues on site, and supporting timely completion of project milestones within budget. The Execution Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain clear documentation of work executed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong technical skills in civil/structural engineering, with the ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and construction specifications.
- Candidates should possess practical site execution skills, including supervision of labor, coordination of subcontractors, and monitoring of daily construction activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in project planning and control, such as scheduling, progress tracking, resource allocation, and basic cost monitoring.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of construction safety practices, quality control procedures, and relevant building codes or standards.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with project managers, clients, consultants, and site teams.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and decision-making skills to address on-site technical challenges and operational issues promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is preferred, along with prior experience in building or infrastructure project execution.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with construction-related software or tools will be an advantage.
