We’re Hiring | Exec / Sr. Exec – Chargeback & Operations
Finkeda (Ikeda Ltd.) is looking for a chargeback professional with experience in the Indian payments ecosystem to join our Risk & Compliance team in Gurgaon (Sector 66).
Experience: 2–7 Years
Domain: Payment Gateway
Must Have: Knowledge of RBI & NPCI regulations, chargebacks, transaction monitoring, and domestic payment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle chargeback cases
received from banks, cybercrime departments, and partners (investigation, documentation & resolution)
• Monitor transactions for suspicious activities
• Support AML monitoring and compliance processes
• Prepare reports on disputes, chargebacks & suspicious transactions
• Coordinate with internal teams for investigations
