CLM Lead Functional Consultant

Summary of the Role:

The Lead Functional Consultant for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation projects is responsible for designing and overseeing the technical architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements, and integrating CLM solutions with existing systems. This role highly involves close collaboration and communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure the implementation meets both functional and technical needs while optimizing performance and scalability.

What you will do

• :Engage directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide strategic recommendations on how the CLM system should be utilized to meet their needs
• .Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment
• .Analyze the customer’s current technology ecosystem and recommend the best approach for integrating the CLM system with existing platforms
• .Take ownership of client deliverables and maintain continuous communication with clients to manage expectations and provide status updates
• .Develop the Solution Design Document, ensuring that clients clearly understand the proposed architecture and implementation approach
• .Work closely with the Project Manager and implementation team to ensure that the project follows the documented solution design
• .Act as a trusted advisor by offering expert insights on CLM software, including not only the CLM platform being implemented but also alternative products in the market

What you brin

• g:Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related fiel
• d.7-8 years of experience in CLM systems, in a role such as Functional Consultant or Solution Architec
• t.Proven ability to engage with clients, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solution
• s.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholder
• s.Strong understanding of multiple CLM platform
• s.Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectivel
