Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Executive based in Bhilwara. The Executive will develop and implement sales strategies, build and maintain strong client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, preparing marketing materials, managing client communications, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves attending industry events, analyzing market trends, and preparing sales reports.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in sales strategies, client acquisition, and market penetration
- Knowledge of marketing principles, including market research and campaign execution
- Ability to analyze market trends and generate actionable insights
- Self-driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in presentation tools and basic sales software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; experience in textiles or polymer-related industries is a plus
