Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Bancassurance located in Sopore. The role involves building relationships with bank staff, managing and nurturing leads, providing insurance solutions to customers, and achieving assigned sales targets. The Executive Bancassurance will ensure alignment to the business objectives, provide superior customer service, and contribute to the growth of the bancassurance channel by building a strong network and promoting company insurance products.
Qualifications
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with bank personnel and customers
- Knowledge of insurance products, including motor, health, and property insurance
- Sales skills, target orientation, and a proactive approach
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of financial services and insurance policies
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Educational background: Graduation in any discipline; additional certifications in insurance or finance are a plus
