Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive role based in Kolkata. The Executive will support day-to-day operations, including coordination between internal teams such as production, supply chain, quality, finance, and administration to ensure smooth project execution. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining reports, tracking project milestones, following up on pending actions, and supporting documentation for audits, compliance, and internal reviews. The role also involves assisting in vendor and client communication, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and supporting leadership with data analysis and decision-making inputs. The Executive will be expected to adhere to safety, quality, and process standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across functions.
Qualifications
- Strong operational and coordination skills, including experience in supporting cross-functional teams, managing schedules, and tracking project deliverables.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting, with the ability to create accurate MIS reports, presentations, and maintain organized records for audits and reviews.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working with data, basic spreadsheets, and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients in a professional and collaborative manner.
- Good understanding of basic business processes; exposure to manufacturing, railways, engineering, or infrastructure sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, process-driven environment, with attention to detail, accountability, and a focus on results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field; relevant internships or prior experience in an executive/coordination role is preferred.
- Comfort with standard office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or equivalent); experience with ERP or similar systems is a plus.
