Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Excise Executive role based in Kanpur Dehat. The Excise Executive will manage compliance with government excise regulations, maintain excise records and documentation, handle statutory reporting, and liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure smooth business operations. The role requires close monitoring of excise activities within the organization, timely submission of tax returns, and reconciliation tasks related to excise duties.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing excise documentation, records, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Experience in statutory reporting, tax filings, and reconciliation of accounts related to excise duties.
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective communication with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills for monitoring excise-related activities and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the wine, alcohol, or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
