<div>The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. The ideal candidate has excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles. The ideal candidate also has experience collaborating with a team of accountant and others as assigned. The Accounting Supervisor requires 3 years’ experience in the related area as an individual contribution. The Accounting Supervisor supports the CFO in various accounting functions including, but not limited to the following responsibilities:<br><br>

</div><div>The following responsibilities would characterize the requirements of this position. Must possess the skills necessary to perform the majority of the listed functions:<br><br>

</div><div>1. Supporting the CFO with workflow process improvement and pursuing special projects<br><br>
</div><div>2. Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations<br><br>
</div><div>3. Responding to inquiries from CFO with various accounting and financial functions<br><br>
</div><div>4. Monitoring and analyzing the financial department to develop more efficient procedures and proper use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy<br><br>
</div><div>5. Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement<br><br>
</div><div>6. Participate in regular direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance<br><br>
</div><div>7. Create and analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts by compiling electronic data and required documentation<br><br>
</div><div>8. Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports<br><br>
</div><div>9. Comply with all federal, state, and local protocols including legal requirements<br><br>
</div><div>10. Play a vital part in the company's financial management which includes all account reconciliations and reporting to necessary parties<br><br>
</div><div>11. Coordinate more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team or with other departments<br><br>
</div><div>12. Maintaining accurate financial records<br><br>
</div><div>13. Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule<br><br>
</div><div>14. Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable<br><br>
</div><div>15. Analyze financial information and summarize financial status<br><br>
</div><div>16. Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process<br><br>
</div><div>17. Support month-end and year-end close process<br><br>
</div><div>18. Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement<br><br>
</div><div>19. Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department<br><br>
</div><div>20. Making sure members of the accounting team meet all financial reporting deadlines<br><br>

</div><div>1. Bilingual in Mandarin is required<br><br>
</div><div>2. Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with 3+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience or related fields <br><br>
</div><div>3. Advanced working knowledge of accounting software and EPR System<br><br>
</div><div>4. Strong written and verbal communication skills<br><br>
</div><div>5. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail<br><br>
</div><div>6. Strong problem-solving skills<br><br>
</div><div>7. Ability to work independently with little supervision<br><br>
</div><div>8. Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities<br><br>
</div><div>9. Ability to work under pressure and deal with complex issues <br><br>
