<div>This position will complete various duties for the Accounting Department. The Jr Accountant supports the CFO in various accounting functions including, but not limited to the following responsibilities:<br><br>

</div><div>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:<br><br>
</div><div>The following responsibilities would characterize the requirements of this position. Must possess the skills necessary to perform the majority of the listed functions:<br><br>

</div><div>1. General Ledger and Month End Closing<br><br>
</div><div>2. Financial Reporting and Financial Analysis<br><br>
</div><div>3. Inventory Management<br><br>
</div><div>4. Handle Bank Reconciliation and Manage Fixed Assets<br><br>
</div><div>5. Prepare Sales and Use Tax, Prepare Property Tax<br><br>
</div><div>6. Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable<br><br>
</div><div>7. Assist CFO/ Controller with cost schedules, Account Reconciliation, etc.<br><br>
</div><div>8. Internal Audit and Coordinate with External Auditors on various auditing needs<br><br>
</div><div> <br><br>
</div><div>REQUIREMENTS:<br><br>
</div><div> <br><br>
</div><div>Competencies<br><br>
</div><div> <br><br>
</div><div>1. Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred<br><br>
</div><div>2. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with 2+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience<br><br>
</div><div>3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook)<br><br>
</div><div>4. Advanced working knowledge of accounting software and ERP Systems<br><br>
</div><div>5. Good written and verbal communication skills<br><br>
</div><div>6. Good organizational skills with great attention to detail<br><br>
</div><div>7. Strong problem-solving skills<br><br>
</div><div>8. Ability to work independently with little supervision<br><br>
</div><div>9. Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities<br><br>
</div><div>10. Ability to work under pressure and deal with complex issues<br> </div>
