<div> <br><strong>Job Summary<br></strong>As Bartender, you are responsible for the set-up, maintenance and operation of the bar. You are also responsible for creating an enjoyable experience for our guests while providing friendly, accurate and efficient service.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Responsibilities </strong></div><div><br></div><ul>
<li>Warmly greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explaining all specials, promotions and food items on the menu</li>
<li>Preparing drinks to industry and brand standards</li>
<li>Having a thorough understanding of service and timing standards and serve guests per these established standards</li>
<li>Maintaining a knowledge of food pairings and recommended wines or beverages that go well with appetizers, entrees and desserts</li>
<li>Memorizing and promoting daily specials</li>
<li>Maintaining a knowledge of food and drink menu items, promotions, ingredients and prep time</li>
<li>Perform responsible alcohol service per brand standards</li>
<li>Working in a team environment, assist other Servers/Team Members as needed</li>
<li>Entering all orders into the POS </li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift 30 pounds </li>
<li>Food Handlers Card Required</li>
<li>1-year previous bartender experience required</li>
