Job Summary: We are seeking an Excel Automation Specialist with strong expertise in Power Query and advanced Excel formulas to streamline data processes and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of automating complex workflows and transforming raw data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated data processing solutions using Excel Power Query
- Create and optimize advanced Excel formulas (XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, array formulas, dynamic arrays, etc.)
- Build and maintain automated reporting systems to reduce manual effort
- Clean, transform, and consolidate data from multiple sources
- Develop user-friendly templates and dashboards for business users
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Excel-based processes
- Document automation processes and provide training to team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Required Skills
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Excel automation
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel Power Query (M language)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas and functions
