About the role

This is a remote position. Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage integration projects within our Integration Practice, specializing in MuleSoft or any other Integration technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, and a proven track record in managing end-to-end integration projects while ensuring alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead integration projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery while meeting quality and compliance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, business analysts) to drive integration solutions using MuleSoft and related technologies. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and reporting project status. Facilitate requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation of API-led integration solutions. Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure smooth project execution. Establish and maintain best practices in Agile/Scrum/Kanban project management methodologies. Ensure integration solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements. Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements in the integration practice Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager, CloudHub, DataWeave, etc.). Knowledge of other integration technologies (e.g., Dell Boomi, Apigee, Tibco, Informatica) is a plus. Hands-on experience with RESTful & SOAP APIs, RAML, JSON, XML, and Microservices architecture. Solid project management experience with a focus on Agile (Scrum/Kanban) or Hybrid methodologies. Experience in working with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and API security best practices. Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certifications are a plus. Education & Certifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP certification will be preferred.
