We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer (Python) to help take our product offerings in the AI space, including our cutting-edge AI Lab, to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain our product offerings in the AI space that enable customers to run LLMs or Machine Learning algorithms within Exasol
Assist our customers and partners with your expertise in their AI / Data Science / Machine Learning projects, in order to solve their specific needs.
Create and enhance documentation, showcases and examples that show and explain Exasol's AI and Machine Learning capabilities.
Support our Exasol Trainers by developing training materials for the connectors and integrations.
Use your knowledge about AI / Data Science / Machine Learning to further educate your colleagues.
Required Qualifications:
You have at least 3 years of experience with AI / Data Science / Machine Learning for tabular and text data.
You are proficient in Python, scikit-learn, pytorch, Jupyter and GPUs.
You are familiar with huggingface transformers.
You are familiar with distributed machine learning.
You are motivated and eager to broaden your knowledge within new areas, when necessary, e.g. R, TensorFlow.
You are proficient with relational databases and SQL.
You have basic Linux and Linux scripting knowledge.
You have experience working with Docker or other container technologies.
You have a customer-centric mindset and your goal is always to create an optimal user experience.
You have a good understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture.
You have good knowledge of mathematics, probability, statistics and algorithms.
