Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Exam Invigilator for a full-time role at our Erode center. The role includes ensuring exams are conducted in strict accordance with established guidelines, monitoring students during tests, distributing and collecting exam materials, and addressing any examination-related issues that arise. The Exam Invigilator ensures a fair and secure testing environment while following all relevant processes and protocols. This is an on-site position where punctuality and integrity are essential.
Qualifications
- Strong observational and attention-to-detail skills to maintain exam protocol and identify any irregularities.
- Time management and organizational abilities to coordinate material distribution and retrieval effectively during exams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students and addressing issues calmly and professionally.
- Ability to adhere to confidentiality and follow standardized processes for ensuring exam integrity.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work on a fixed schedule onsite in Erode.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in an educational environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of applicable exam regulations and procedures is a plus.
