Role Description
This is a remote, contract role for an Exam Developer (Assessment Creator). In this role, you will design and create assessments for AI and Blockchain certifications by formulating accurate, fair, and challenging exam questions. Responsibilities include researching industry standards, analyzing role-specific knowledge, collaborating with subject matter experts, validating content for accuracy, and ensuring the questions align with competency frameworks. Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality, practical assessments are essential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in educational content development, item creation, and assessment frameworks
- Expert knowledge in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchain technologies
- Experience in research, data analysis, and competency mapping
- High-level written communication, editing, and proofreading skills
- Familiarity with digital tools for assessment development is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Certifications or experience in instructional design, training, or exam frameworks will be an advantage
