Frontend Executive

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive – Frontend to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about starting their career in HR and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential candidates regarding current job openings Brief candidates on job roles, company profile, and interview process Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams Maintain accurate candidate records using Excel or internal databases Assist in posting job openings on portals and social media Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed Key Skills Required: Excellent verbal & written communication skills Confident in tele calling and candidate handling Strong coordination and follow-up skills Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Basic understanding of HR and recruitment process (preferred) Professional email drafting and phone etiquette Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Educational Qualification: Any Graduation or Under Graduate What We Offer: Hands-on experience in core HR activities On-the-job training & mentorship Growth opportunities within the HR department Friendly and supportive work culture
