About the role
Lead the architecture and design of SAP S4 HANA solutions, including functional and technical requirements gathering, solution definition, and implementation.
Provide expertise in SAP best practices, industry trends, and solution designs that align with business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, cost-effective, and high-performance SAP solutions.
Lead end-to-end SAP S4 HANA implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live activities.
Oversee S4 HANA migration projects from legacy SAP systems (ECC, SAP R/3) to S4 HANA, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
Develop migration strategies, roadmaps, and ensure data integrity during migration.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into SAP technical solutions.
Provide strategic recommendations for SAP roadmap and digital transformation initiatives.
Serve as the primary SAP point of contact for senior leadership and various departments.
Provide thought leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior architects, consultants, and other team members.
Lead and conduct workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions for team members and stakeholders.
Ensure seamless integration of SAP S4 HANA with other enterprise applications (CRM, SCM, BI, etc.).
Evaluate and optimize system performance to enhance overall efficiency.
Identify and troubleshoot technical and business-related challenges, proposing effective solutions.
Stay updated on the latest SAP trends, tools, and technologies (S4 HANA, Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform).
Advocate for continuous improvement practices, innovation, and adoption of new SAP features.
