Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer (Backend) for a full-time, office-based role. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining robust backend systems using Python and Go, with a strong focus on database management, problem-solving, and web frameworks like Django, Flask, and Gin. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend systems using Python and Go.
- Build scalable and secure APIs for application integration.
- Design and manage relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) with a focus on efficiency and reliability.
- Work with modern web frameworks such as Django, Flask, and Gin, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in backend applications.
- Follow best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues to maintain system performance.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Golang would be beneficial
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Elasticsearch.
- Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka and event-driven architectures.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and gRPC.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean).

Excellent command of English is a must.

Salary Range: 30,000 - 40,000 BDT (Based on experience)
