Someone who is a driving force for making sure that the customer gets what he wants, but also to explain the customer what is possible, what Salesforce can do that he was not even aware of, who is able to verify that the implementation indeed corresponds to the customer requirements and is in line with overall strategy and that interaction of various Salesforce modules runs smoothly. Analyze client business and translate customer needs into Salesforce solution Guiding the team to success and coach junior colleagues Verify that the solution fulfills the customer requirements Qualifications5 minimum years of relevant experience in implementing / developing Salesforce solutions, ideally in several clients and project lifecycles. Telecom experience is a must. Excellent hands on Salesforce configurations skills on areas such as custom fields and objects, data and Object modelling, layouts, workflows, process builder, flows and validation rules, SOQL and SOSL, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, etc. Responsible for programming and software development using the following languages: Apex, Visual force, Lightning Component Framework, and JavaScript. Lightning web component hands on experience is a must. Must possess knowledge with object-oriented programming language (ideally Java), databases, web development, JavaScript, and HTML. Excellent skills for writing industry standards test classes. Must have deployment experience using ANT migration tool, workbench, Jenkins, COPADO etc. Must have sales, service implementation experience. Must have community cloud implementation experience (for Team X Men/Guardians). Experienced in UX design. Develop highly interactive UI using Visualforce, JavaScript and jQuery technologies. Must have 2+ years implementation experience in Vlocity telecommunication module. Must be well versed with Vlocity integration procedures, templates designing, Omniscript and cards. In depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce.com. Experience in data migrations to and from Salesforce environments. Meet with clients to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment. Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end users. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of software development processes and best practices. Agile working experience is nice to have. DevOps working experience is nice to have.
