Bachelor's degree in food science, microbiology, chemistry or related field; 8+ years progressive QA/food safety experience in food manufacturing with 3+ years managing a QA team; PCQI and HACCP certifications; knowledge of FSMA, cGMP, FDA labeling, California Retail Food Code; experience leading inspections and audits; proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and quality/ERP software; ability to work on-site and travel locally ~20%.
