💙 What You’ll Do
- Provide direct, person-centered care to residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse
- Assist residents with daily activities while promoting independence and confidence
- Support residents in adapting to independent living safely and comfortably
- Follow physician’s orders and comply with company policies and all state & federal regulations
- Create a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their families
✅ What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 3 months experience performing basic nursing assistant duties
- Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
- Current CNA certification and required in-service training
- Must be 18 years of age or older
