| JOB SUMMARY |
|
Plans, performs, and coordinates all of Duro Electric’s Service and Special Projects department efforts by performing the following duties. Assists in supervising the Service Department and Service Technicians.

| MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |
- Must possess a working knowledge of the electrical trade with a minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical construction with an aptitude for leadership.
- Must have knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and materials.
- Must possess a current Colorado Journeyman Electrician’s license or reciprocal license.
- Strong communication skills required.
- Must maintain valid driver’s license.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
|
- Must possess a working knowledge of BlueBeam, along with skills with Microsoft Office products (primarily Excel and Word). Additional scheduling software such as MS Project and Primavera are preferred but not required.
- Understanding of the Company’s financial software systems, including but not limited to Spectrum, and other software utilized.

| JOB RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Work directly with the Manager of Service & Special Projects to develop, plan, implement, and administer various Service/Special Project Department activities
- Order and organize materials and tools necessary for the profitable operation of Service/Special Project Department.
- Provide leadership and direction to the Service/Special Project Department staff
- Assist with special projects and programs as assigned by the Manager of the Service and Special Projects department
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with the work the Service Technicians and Special Project crews are performing; follow up on complaints and issues and work towards resolution.
- Working alongside the Manager, assist in conducting semi-annual reviews for the Service/Special Project staff
- Assist with finding, developing, and delivering ongoing training to the field staff
- Responsible for identifying and pursing leads that can generate into new business for the organization
- Maintain an injury/incident free workplace.
- Identify potential employees and make recommendations to the manager.
- Perform additional assignments as requested.

| OTHER REQUIREMENTS |
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable source of transportation
- Must complete 24 hors of CEUs every three (3) years and maintain their active JW license status.

| COMPENSATION & BENEFITS |
- $70,000 - $100,000
