About the role

Everi is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Licensing Specialist to join our expanding team! If you're a proactive go-getter with a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will manage occupational, corporate, and entity licensing processes, working closely with technicians and internal teams on both initial and renewal licenses. 

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Responsible for the accurate review and timely submission of both renewal and initial licensing applications across various jurisdictions.
  • Efficiently communicate with regulatory authorities and internal teams to resolve licensing matters, gather necessary documentation, submit required licensing filings, and address inquiries or requests. 
  • Manage and resolve both internal and external regulatory requests requests via email, remote access, and phone.
  • Assist in tracking license expiration dates, updating department records, and ensuring the confidentiality of employee information.
  • Analyze occupational licensing requirements and engage in various research methods related to regulatory compliance. 
  • Support internal teams in resolving licensing or compliance issues, respond to inquiries, and communicate resolutions promptly.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and understand regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with regulatory licensing software, casino/gaming environments, and licensing requirements in various jurisdictions is preferred.

Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience in a regulatory compliance role, preferably in a casino or supplier environment.
  • Experience working with both tribal and commercial gaming regulators.
  • Experience with state occupational and entity licensing applications.
  • Familiarity with ArdentSky or other compliance software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro-DC.

At IGT, we believe compensation should reflect you —your unique background, skills, experience, and even where you work. That’s why the compensation range for this role is $25 - $27.50/per hour, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture. We also follow all local pay laws and collective bargaining agreements.
