Route Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Operations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention.
- Introduce and support new programs at the market level.
- Assist with grand openings and promotional compliance.
- Meet regularly with government and key accounts to maintain strong relationships.
Route & Driver Management
- Directly supervise both Vending and Avanti NW routes.
- Provide route drivers with the tools and support needed for success (e.g., handhelds, printers, hand trucks, cleaning supplies).
- Coordinate scheduling for missed accounts and serve as a backup relief driver when needed.
- Oversee driver check-ins, address variances, and resolve routing or scheduling conflicts.
Training & Development
- Lead training and retraining efforts for drivers.
- Manage onboarding and ongoing development for new hires.
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure proper use of safety equipment in vehicles and on the dock.
Inventory & Merchandising
- Oversee merchandising and market resets.
- Reconcile inventory and adjust par/min-max levels as needed.
- Review and manage monthly driver inventory reports.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Experience in customer relations, route delivery, and merchandising.
- Familiarity with pre-kit systems and inventory management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
