Our marketing team plays a key role in driving brand awareness, supporting sales initiatives, and helping our brands grow across multiple regions.
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support and execute core marketing initiatives across digital, social, email, and brand channels. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in marketing who enjoys being hands-on, collaborative, and involved in day-to-day execution rather than people management.

What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing team to execute campaigns, support ongoing initiatives, and help optimize our marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan, schedule, and manage social media content and campaigns across multiple platforms
- Create, deploy, and optimize monthly email campaigns and newsletters
- Update and maintain website content and landing pages to support brand and sales goals
- Perform routine website updates and content edits (Wix experience is a plus)
- Manage and organize inbound leads and related data in our CRM (Pipedrive)
- Coordinate with internal teams on printed materials, signage, and promotional assets
- Track campaign performance metrics and assist with performance reporting and insights
- Support content creation, including occasional on-site photography or client visits
- Assist with events, trade shows, and promotional activities as needed
This is an execution-focused role where your contributions directly impact visibility, engagement, and growth.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships and contract roles count)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to perform essential job duties, including travel between locations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with digital tools such as social media platforms, email marketing software, or website CMS tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
- Curious, collaborative, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with Canva or other basic design tools
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or marketing automation tools
- Basic analytics or reporting experience
- Interest or experience in photography, video, or content creation
